SoCG 2025 Puzzle

For CG Week 2025, an event containing the International Symposium on Computational Geometry (SoCG 2025), we designed the following puzzle for sharing at the Computational Geometry Washa-Washa workshop.

This puzzle is based on a puzzle by Koichi Miura.

Rules

The goal is to fold the 4×5 puzzle into a 3×3 square so that one side looks like SCG:

The other side of the folding can have any pattern. You can fold anywhere. No cutting.

Printing Notes

Print the puzzle as large as possible on a piece of paper (single sided), and then cut out the square puzzle.

The puzzle was designed for color printing, but it will work on a black-and-white printer.

The PDF file is the best combination of printing quality and small file size. You will need a suitable viewer. Alternatively, you can print one of the images. If you can print images scaled to fit, use 150dpi. Otherwise, use 72dpi.
